Where do the kitchen cabinets and doors come from?
- Our kitchen furniture is made at The Manor Cabinet Company in Swindon. Unlike most of our competitors it is a British company producing a British product manufactured in a British factory.
- The furniture is handmade and of rigid construction, not flat pack, the draw boxes are made of solid wood dovetailed in the traditional manner with fully extending, self closing concealed metal runners. The top rails and centre posts are also made from solid wood.
- The cabinet interiors are blended to match your chosen door colour and can be constructed of wood or melamine, the choice is yours.
- The cabinets and doors are all made to order, so special sizes and shapes are not a problem. Their rigorous standards mean you don't have to buy a foreign kitchen to get quality AND value for money.
- Manor Cabinets are more than happy to arrange a visit to their factory in Swindon to see how the furniture is made, should you so require.
What about worktops, wall and floor tiles?
Riverside Kitchens offer an extensive range of worktops at very competitive prices including:

We supply a large range of wall and floor tiles for all budgets, from a fantastic range of ceramics such as natural stone, Mandarin Stone, Fired Earth and Marlborough Tiles.
What about appliances?
We supply most makes and models of appliances both built in and free standing catering for all budgets. We also supply the superior Heritage Range Cooker, a working model of which can be seen demonstrated in our showroom. (see our Heritage page).
Do I have to pay in full before even receiving my new kitchen?
No. Unlike some of our rather pushy competitors, once a final plan is decided upon by yourself there is a 10% deposit paid to seal the deal, another 40% on final survey and the remainder is invoiced once the furniture arrives at your house, minus the fitting charge which is paid once the kitchen is finished.
Are there any Guarantees?
Yes. The kitchen furniture is guaranteed for twenty years, and the worktops and appliances are covered by their manufacturer's own guarantee. On top of this we do not run on credit so we won't go 'bump' overnight and leave you with no money and no kitchen. We have heard many a horror story recently involving such situations.
